What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the practice of  a controlled use of essential oils to maintain and promote physical, psychological and spiritual health and well-being.

Essential Oils
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts distilled from a variety of plant materials including leaves, grasses, flowers, fruit peels, needles, and wood.

Essential oils offer a terrific solution to many issues, and a simple and safe to be happy and healthy. They can be used for skin care, relieving stress and anxiety, mental health and even as a pest repellent.  Care must be taken to make certain that they are used correctly and in right dilution for best results.  They offer a more natural treatment and are quick, easy and convenient to use.
